Ko Imari Shaku Sun Zara. This is a spectacular Imari Charger with a colorful center of green, orange, and brown blooms among blue leaves and stems. The center is surrounded by a border of blue pattern design and red and gold brocade design. The inner walls of this beautiful Charger have a colorful home scene nestled among the green and blue hills and outlined by two large, colorful trees. Two gold birds can be seen flying by. The remainder of the inner rim has four horses playfully romping through the hilly, colorful pastures with two gold birds following. The rim also has brocade designs spaced apart. The bottom of the Charger has three light blue flower and scroll patterns and 3 spur marks. There are no cracks, chips, hairlines, or restorations to this 200 year old Charger, which is in perfect condition with no wear marks whatsoever including the gold rim!
