Description  A superb and completely original 1920's/1930's art deco bronze signed Gilbert( on the bullet shaped base) .There is a foundry mark to the rear too( small to picture) .The metal work of the shield is of the finest quality , this is attached to the very stylized girl who is mounted on the bullet shaped base which is finally mounted on a really good quality marble base.The only condition issue is the silvering on the the bronze lady is a little worn on the arm which holds the shield via the metal staple. This is easily dealt with if it bothers you but has not me so I have left as is.The freight is included in the price and this will be fully insured.The bronze stands over 18'' high .
