This is a fabulous and rare set of genuine 19th century German Heirloom 800 silver flatware  set with a unique art noveau pattern,   there are one primary and 2 secondary sets for  a total of 84 peices. the Primary Set of 58Pc was made and designed by Josef Krischer  who was a Jeweler to the German  Royal Court  the 58 Kirscher set is as follows:  5 - Piece Setting for (12) each  Marked KRISCHER - 800 with Moon, Crown Original Silk Padded 2 cases (with signs of wear) (12) - 5 3/4"  teaspoons - (12) - 7" Soup Spoons  - (12) 8" Large Serving Spoons (12) - Salad Forks - (12) Dinner Forks. There are accompanying two sets of knives that go with the original set of 58, one is a set of  twelve by Fulgo Schaper of W. Berlin with the original presentation case (in good condition) all marked 800 on the front with the mark shown in the pic the Inscripted stamp on the inside cover reads "FLUGOR SCHAPER" HoF-Goldschmeid, Sr Majestat des Kaisers, patsdmerstr (8 or B)?  Berlin W" Knives have fabulous detail with beveled edged blades, (12) 8.5" Knives in very good shape for age The Second Set are the (12) 10" Dinner Knives the only Markings are on the blades C. STAMM SAARBRUCKEN ROSTFREILZO see pics.Please Note: Below 'C. Stamm Saarbrücken Rostfreilzo' on the knives translates to C. Stamm (blade maker's name) Saarbrücken (city where made) Rust Free (Rostfreilzo). This indicates that probably the kniife blades are stainless steel, except the word normally used is 'Edelstahl', and that is not used on these knives. total weight is 9 pounds 3 ounces.
