It has the Royal Doulton backstamp on it and the following marks - D 2268, initals DR in yellow and 7-28 impressed. There seems to be a manufacturing error on the reverse of the plate where I think it touched another plate during firing, but there are no chips or cracks and the front of the plate is fine.
