This beautiful piece has the tinniest beadwork on burlap/cloth that I have even seen and it has been mounted on a brass stand. Everything is done by hand not machine. She has been attached to sky blue velvet back (hand sewed to the back) with a cream-colored tassel and then hand sewed to the back.   I am presuming that this is a coat of arms but it just is an early piece of beadwork mounted.
