The clock comes in a newer box measuring 8 inches across front, 7.5 inches in height and 7.5 inches.  The label  attached to front of box appears to be made of either bone or ivory...but not positive. It has two doors-- one to view the clock, and the second which has a lock and key, to get at the clock itself.  It is set on gimbals to roll with the waves.  The dial of the clock has “Norris & Campbell"  and "Liverpool No. 444" It has 3 dials-- the time, the seconds and the wind up and down indicator.
