It has incredible workmanship all over. It comes with three nude mermaid designed angels with wings. On the center part it has three nude mermaids as well as three fish heads on the base part. It also comes with 12 semi precious stones of orange/green/white coloring surrounding the base and enamel work on the top part.. The piece is decorated with enamel crest flags , and triangular flags as well as enamel crown on the top of lion's head.The stamp on the top edge reads : D.E.C.E.( The maker is Edward & Sons)and the stamp of the city of Glasgow, the standing lion and a letter 'G'. This sterling centerpiece belongs to circa 1903.The piece is in excellent condition and workmanship is magnificently done. There is also stamp on the base that reads: Edward & Sons, Glasgow. On my scale it weights approx: 316oz. The height of this centerpiece measures approx: 18.75". Top diameter measures approx: 18 3/8".
