I know nothing about old Clarinet,I took it to a local music store and they were really amazed with it.They are the ones who said it was from the 1800s. It looks like maple wood, and it is a B Flat. They don't think the mouth piece is the original one. And there is one of the note pads missing,for as old as it is looks to be in good condition. The box or case that it is in is woodi,it is black with a faded red  material on the inside. There is a cleaning brush and extra wooden things that go in the mouth piece.
