This is a rare plate and in excellent condition.  Pictures of the plate were forwarded to Sotheby's and also to the Hillwood Museum a noted authority on Chinese Porcelain's imported into Russia. The paper work from Sotheby's and The Hillwood Museum are pictured in the ad. In the letter from the Hillwood curator a mention is made of the color blue in the plate. The color in the pictures sent to the Hillwood was digitally enhanced which accounted for the over saturation of the color blue in the plate. The plate is in excellent condition and a great item for a collector of 18th century fine Chinese  Export Ware Porcelain or early Russian Porcelain. We certify that the letters from Sotheby's and the Hillwood Museum are authentec and in response to photographs sent to them of the actual plate. We are selling this item in good faith but we are not experts on CEP items. We are going by information given us by the Hillwood Museum and a few others. We are not experts and have no way to authenticatethis plate ourselves but we are willing to send the actual plate to the Hillwood Museum for inspection.
