We even will include an early image of that village along with the genealogical information.  Sampler condition is very good...no stains or holes.  Beautifully done and preserved.  The sampler measures about 11.5 by 9.5 inches and is under glass in an antique wood frame...also 19th century. With frame it measures about 14 by 17 inches.
